The HR & GA Supervisor will support the HR & GA Manager in personnel administration (Salary, Pension, Jamsostek). He will also give support in recruitment and selection process. He will liaise with the Company Legal Supervisor to help him deal with General Affair matters. In addition he will responsible for ensuring HR management, system, and procedure are in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 requirement.
Key Accountabilities :
Conduct Payroll calculation
Planning for employee¡¦s training and development
Planning for recruitment and selection process
Prepare performance appraisal administration for all employees
Work Execution :
Work with Legal Supervisor for General Affair matters
Work with Legal Supervisor related to personnel regulation
Maintain and develop personal data record of employees
Job Competency and Personal Requirements :
Male
S1 degree with minimum GPA 2.75
Minimum 4 years experience in HR & GA
Good English skill
Familiar with MS Office (MS Access would be an advantage)
Maximum 35 years old
