Job Requirements:
Hands on experiences in systems, network/voice, database and infrastructure in data center environment, some kind of monitoring tools and understand the concepts and process
Knowledge of helpdesk and remedy process and tools, and understand IT security

Self-starter and able to evaluate new technologies and solutions
