Applications are sought from suitably qualified in Human Resources and Industrial Relations Specialists in its Mining, Civil Construction and Process Engineering. The successful candidate will support sites with all HR/IR activity; actively contribute to a positive teamwork and environment at all times: communicate openly and honestly at all times; provide coaching to junior staff on sites; provide technical support so as to maximize productivities in the most cost effective and efficient.
Applicants should have Bachelor degree in Psychologi, preferable have psychologist certification; minimum of 5 years experience in HR good communication skills in English; strong leadership, initiative, planning & organising skills, problem solving, time management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus and be result driven; strong commitment to safety.
