How long it takes to activate my employer account after payment?

We will process your account activation after we receive transaction statement from our bank account. Your employer account will be created during work hours (08:30 - 17:30 GMT +7). If you dont receive any notification, please contact us .

Can I use Indonesian Language to Submit Job Vacancies or Resume?

Yes, you can. We allow you to use Indonesian Languages to all features from our membership and job seeker accounts.

How If I forget my Password?

Please directly go to our contact form to reset your password for security reason. You must use your member email address to verify and get your new password. Our database have high encryption protected password.

I didn't received any incoming emails from RiauJobs.

Some Free email provider like Yahoo, MSN, AOL, etc... have high protection in incoming emails. If you can't find our email notification, please check your Bulk Mail instead. If you don't receive any email from us from any direction, please contact us.
